This is a picture of the first house (yellow house) this was formally the bank in the village the new bank is across the road, as you can see it does need a lot of work, we are puting on a new roof with windows for the top floor apartment. New windows and doors will also be fitted, to the rest of the house. Austrian Building regulations are one of the highest in Europe only top quality materials can be used. |

As you can see the pavement out side the house is very small we have sold the local council a piece of land we own oppsite our property, this is the where the tree is on the right of this picture. This is in exchange that the council makes the pavement wider, we will have a 2 meter wide pavement the length of the building, the old door to bank will be removerd ant the new enterance will be from the left hand side. |

This is the Spar shop this is the main shop in the village as you can see the pleace needs some work. We are the new owners we will restore the old wooden entrance in keeping with the councils wishes.The super market is run by Mr and Mrs Germann they own the cafe and the butches, these are next door. |

Land café, in the heart of the village. 1 minute walk for the apartments. A very warm cosy inexpensive bar, serving drinks lovely toasted sandwiches and snacks. |
